General

No, we are an online only business. This allows us better quality control and a closer relationship with each customer. We love you!

Our Customer Success team is in the office Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Central Standard Time. Please note that orders will NOT be processed during weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 3 pm CST. will be processed the following business day.

Classes

We do NOT provide replays. Please be advised if you miss a class you miss the content.

You can purchase a class for for $250 which gives you access to 10 classes at a time. 

Unfortunately, we do not offer free classes. We are happy to offer a free E-Coaching at the discretion of Mimi The Planner

The company reserves the right to decline any order for a customized product.

Shipping & Returns

All Picpoc products are lovingly made and shipped from Austin, Texas. The items are shipped via FedEx at the speed selected by customers during checkout. Please allow 5-7 business days for arrival of your Picpoc product from ship date, although most products arrive within 5 business days. Expedited shipping is available at check-out. We would love to ship international however that isn’t an option at this time, we only ship to the connecting states (sorry Alaska, we still love you!).

All Picpoc Planners and Journals are shipped in a Fedex envelope. All stickers and expansion packs are shipped in bright blue “bubble mailer”- which is fun to say, but oodles more fun to receive!

Unfortunately, we can not return customized products or services. Customized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Due to the unique nature of our product, we cannot accept returns. However, we are happy to exchange (physical products ONLY) for a like item if it was damaged during shipping. Feel free to contact us at support@mypicpoc.com to discuss your needs. We love our Picpoc Planners and our community, so we want to hear from you and learn how we can be the best Planner possible!

Customized items require additional time and may take up to 21 days for the delivery notice. Expedited orders will ship as soon as your customization is ready.  

Payment & Orders

All Picpoc transactions are secure and encrypted- so fear not. We accept all major credit cards and Paypal to ensure your safety and convenience. Expect your Picpoc planner transaction to appear on your bank statement

Yes! Partial payments are allowed please email support@mypicpoc.com

Please notify us within 30 minutes of placing the order. If its outside of the timeframe unfortunately we won’t be able to apply it. 

We are not a Planner company that is “Happy” to mass produce and ship our items from nameless factories overseas. No! We are made in the USA and assembled (seriously, we have the paper cuts to prove it!) just for you. We are honored to help you on your Planner journey and process every order with love and care. We hope you enjoy your Picpoc as much as we enjoy making them for you!
